Medical Contraindications
- Cardiovascular Conditions
- Hypertension, arrhythmias, heart disease, or a history of stroke.

- Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or a history of psychosis.
- Strong risk of triggering acute psychotic episodes or mania.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
- Unknown effects on fetus or infant; use is contraindicated.
- Neurological Conditions
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders.
- The intense psychedelic experience may precipitate seizures.
- Medications
- SSRIs, MAOIs, or other serotonergic drugs (risk of serotonin syndrome).
- Certain stimulants or antihypertensives may interact dangerously.
